so it’s good to plan your time of sleep with this in mind (the 45 is more or less when you switch phases so you won’t get full cycle but at least you won’t wake up in the middle of phase). You got lot of “everybody’s sleep are different” answers which is true, but general rule stays: there are sleep cycles and if you wake up on the end of the cycle you’ll wake up easier and more refreshed than if you wake up in the middle of the cycle.
